Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Specialist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our high-end clientele. While previous experience is not required, we are seeking someone who is exceptionally organized, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage luxury travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring every detail meets their needs and desires.
Provide outstanding customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout their travel experience.
Collaborate with local vendors and partners to arrange accommodations, activities, and exclusive experiences.
Maintain a high level of communication and coordination with clients, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.
Handle administrative tasks related to bookings, client communication, and itinerary management with precision.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Previous experience in the travel industry is not required, but a passion for travel and creating unique experiences is essential.
Experience living or working in the United States is highly valued.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, including their cultures, geography, and key destinations, is highly desirable.
