Whether out in the field with a partner or solving challenges with your territory team, you always have camaraderie and support to help accomplish your goals.What you'll be doingDevelop a network of potential partners and continuously generate leads for potential licensing or potential acquisition of portfolio.Applying the segment licensing process, work with the global portfolio team and commercial teams to identify product targets, identify partner leads through both new and existing global partners, and collaborate with regional teams to develop cases.Work with cross functional teams (including integrated supply chain, R&D, regulatory, medical, finance, and legal) to complete due diligence assessments of potential assets and/or acquisitions.Perform valuations of potential assets, develop term sheets, and with the legal team build deal documents (ex. NBO, LOI, APAs), and conduct negotiations with partners.Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures as well as all legal requirements
