Core Mission: As a GTM systems technical lead belonging to the central Business Processes and Systems department you will work closely with the other operations teams, business units involved in the go-to-market motion and analytics team to design and implement scalable, efficient and user-oriented systems processes to support that motion.
Thanks to the technical knowledge of CRM systems Salesforce primarily and data architecture alongside sales operations experience you'll ensure processes implementations are optimized for scale with the desired level of quality. You'll ensure alignment and coordination on the implementations and deliveries across GTM initiatives where other Business Operations team members work on.
Roles & responsibilities:
Responsible for the design and implementation of technical business processes within Salesforce central CRM with other customer success and sales tools. GTM systems centrally managed by the Business Processes and Systems team.
Offer technical and operational advisory to business partners during brainstorming phases of GTM operations process designs.
Engage with business units stakeholders and GTM Strategy and Operations team to collect functional requirements for both internal or cross-department processes within centrally-managed GTM tools. Then transform them into technical requirements for proper implementation.
Coordinate and ensure proper alignment and delivery of GTM-related technical initiatives where Business Processes & Systems team is involved.
Lead a team of Business Processes & Systems specialists with focus on GTM systems projects and implementations to ensure autonomous management of initiatives covering GTM scope, while reporting to the Head of Business Processes and Systems.
Manage end-to-end initiatives and projects covering GTM motion cross-functions needs.
Configure and setup centrally-managed GTM systems (CRM, Customer Success Tool..) to adopt to business needs and to improve the overall user experience.
Implement scalable and easy-to-maintain technical solutions (user interfaces, forms, automation scenarios...) to power those business processes within GTM tools.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in Salesforce implementations or Go-to-market systems implementation roles with parallel earned experience around Sales operations in a SaaS company (Salesforce is a must-have, Hubspot or other CRMs would be highly valuable).
Admin knowledge of Custify or other Sales/Success and digital tools would be a plus.
Experience with working with Make platform or any other automation platform is a plus.
Ability to translate business requirements road map into detailed action plan and technical requirements.
Fluent English.
