If you love teamwork, but also enjoy autonomy and ownership in the end to end process, we are looking for you!Be a part of a team where you will:Collect all payroll related information from managers, prepare, generate, check and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis.Ensure any required adjustments are reflected in payroll.Help our employees with any tax-related questions and advise them on what could work better for them.Help our employees with any payroll-related questions and advise them on what could work better for them.Explain the payroll and benefits for all new hires and current employees.Administer changes to salary, benefits, promotions, bonus, etc.Help to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to processing payroll.Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing.Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up to date reference and audit trail for compliance.Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.You have:Strong Excel skills.Experience with G-suite.University degree in Economy, ADE or similar.Master's degree or graduate course in HR is desired but not a must.Minimum 1 year of Payroll Specialist experience.Knowledge of Payroll policies and procedures.Knowledge of Labour laws and tax regulations.Good English verbal and written communication skills.Good communication skills and ability to establish effective working relations with people and management
