As Tech Recruiting Team Lead, you will lead and execute the end-to-end recruitments and TA strategies in EMEA and USA, leading a team of recruiters and managing the different vendors across the region to ensure Accelya has the best talent for our current and future needs.What will you do?Manage and develop a team of Recruitment Specialists.Manage Hiring managers' requisitions in multiple EMEA locations (UK, Tunisia, France, Spain) and USA, building the TA credibility ensuring the SLAs are met.Lead hiring manager status update calls, prepare market data presentations, and advise on solutions and best practices for the business.Manage daily operations and oversee recruiter requisition workload.Develop processes and process improvements that support an efficient and effective recruitment lifecycle, including communication of functional efforts/wins/successes in partnership with the manager.Train new team members.Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the recruitment team, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, performance reviews, development reviews, and leaves and absences management.Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with the manager.Execute end-to-end critical or senior roles within the Region.What do we expect from you?Excellent communication skills in English (90% of the work is conducted in English).Team coaching and training experience.Resilient and organized.Recruitment experience of 4+ years in tech/digital profiles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
