Captain needs to be a strong sailor with previous charter experience. We need someone with prior guest experience.Must have good engineering knowledge. The Mate/Cook should be passionate and confident in both roles, ideally with sailing experience and with a passion for the sea. The boat will be used 80% as Private and 20% as Charter. Family-owned boat (5 members, normally 4 on board).3 cabins: 2 guest + 1 crew with 2 bunk beds where the top bed is double and the bottom bed is single. An additional deckhand may be hired for charters.
