You will advise top clients on their HR transformation and talent strategy, design brand new employee experiences, reconfigure the way they operate, support them move towards new working models and help them throughout their digital transition journeys, supported by IBM's top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems. You will research, ideate, co-create, prototype to implement disruptive ideas in an intellectually challenging, results oriented, client facing, dynamic and international environment, where everyone (junior or senior) is expected to actively contribute, innovate and take the lead.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 1-2 years of work experience (internships in top companies and agencies are valid as well).Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertisePreferred experience/internships in consultancy or auditing (Big 4 / boutique / technological) and service design agencies/divisions. No technical expertise needed. Preferred skills or experience in UX and Service design and Agile, but not a must.
