Basic InformationDepartment: Alibaba GroupDegree: BachelorWork Experience: 3 yearsResponsibilitiesBuild contacts with targeted and strategic brands/retailers/resellers from the leads pool of electronic/fashion/health & beauty/GM/GCMB/Retail category and present new business opportunities in Miravia, understanding their main pain points and offering digital solutions to help them grow in our e-commerce platform.Provide End2End onboarding support during top brands/retailers/resellers onboarding process in Miravia to reach electronic/fashion/health & beauty/GM/GCMB/Retail category top assortment planning.Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (category, product, ecosystem, compliance, etc.) to ensure a smooth and fast KA seller onboarding.Maintain an updated database and enhance customer relationships.Develop and maintain an updated SOP from leads to seller onboarding.Prepare business reviews regarding project progress and challenges and create efficient governance to enhance business progress visibility.Position Requirements3-5 years working experience in sales operations, business development, and strategic marketing.2+ years Spanish e-commerce related working experience; familiar with brand companies' online and offline channels and business models, and familiar with e-commerce platform operations.Rich business negotiation experience, excellent communication skills, and a team player.Strong logical thinking ability; systematic operation ability and innovation awareness.Have data analysis and mining capabilities, good at finding problems and offering solutions.Have good project management ability, good at integrating resources, and have excellent organizational and cross-team coordination skills.Have good business development skills to be able to hunt new partners to enlarge the Company Ecosystem.Fluency in at least English and Spanish.
