At Destinus, we work in a small, agile team to tackle aerospace engineering challenges, but support functions are also at the heart of the equation. The Junior Recruiter is essential and the role will mainly cover the below responsibilities and will evolve as the company grows:TasksHelp in the recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for the company.Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Contribute by helping in our recruitment process, creating job postings, candidate follow-up, etc.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and industry.Requirements2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment, with an affinity for the aerospace industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct interviews and communicate with candidates.Fluent in Dutch and English. Both speaking and writing.Hands-on mentality.Ability to use various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (in the Netherlands) to ensure compliance in hiring practices.Experience in managing hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.Destinus is an equal-opportunity employer: we value diversity in our companies and teams.
