The mission is to maximize product effectiveness and customer satisfaction through innovative product strategies, seamless integration, and robust performance.As a Head of Product Management, you will:* Product Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for connected services and platforms, conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize product initiatives, and drive product roadmap alignment with business objectives.* Connected Services Value Proposition and Product Development: Understand customer pains, business priorities, and competitive alternatives; Partner with product marketing to establish the desired value proposition and roadmap priorities and collaborate with Product Engineering to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.* Customer & Market Insights and Experience: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decision and design an optimal customer experience throughout the product customer journey (UX, UI), aligned with the Cegid experiential model.* Cross-Functional Collaboration and Migrations Management: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction; Lead the migrations factory, ensuring efficient management and tools for migrating and upselling customers across different solutions.* Performance Measurement, Optimization, and Compliance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success; Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, and Ensure all products comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, staying updated on legal changes.
