We offer a unique opportunity to advance your skills, work on cutting-edge projects, and contribute to the success of our trading activities across Europe.What you will do:Develop high-quality products within an agile, motivated development team.Deliver new features aligned with customer expectations while maintaining clean code and automated tests.Promote a strong coding culture and enhance our DevOps practices (CI/CD, pull requests, pair programming).Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps culture and tooling.Take end-to-end responsibility for select applications, with operations support provided by a dedicated team.What you bring & who you are:University degree in computer science or a related field.7+ years of OOP experience, with at least 3 years in C#.NET and REST API development.3+ years of experience in automated testing (unit, integration, regression).Experience in building frontends (Angular, WPF).Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.Willingness to participate in workshops at our headquarters in Switzerland.Nice-to-haves: experience with databases, message brokers, microservices, containers, Azure DevOps, and observability frameworks.About the team:Our Software Development Team in Madrid is composed of highly motivated and skilled individuals who thrive in a flat hierarchy.
