We are seeking an experienced Financial Specialist to be responsible for analyzing internal and external developments and applying finance policies, procedures and/or guidelines, within their own functional area and in line with Finance strategies and policies.
About The Role: Record and Accounting Specialist
Responsibilities:
Create accounting reports for Nutreco Group operations, comply with reporting governance routines to the Record to Report Manager and perform financial reporting.
Create and validate Accounting Data and prepare statutory accounts.
Identification and presentation of solutions for process improvements.
Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data provided.
Formulate and implement the division's strategic and operational plans to support the department's goals.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration. Preferably MBA.
3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Genuine interest in business process standardization.
Result-oriented, collaborative, and with strong analytical skills.
Professional skills using Finance ERP, Excel, Power Point and Power BI (other reporting tools are a plus!).
Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English.
