Morningstar DBRS's Private Credit team is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join its team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will support our global, fast-paced team in assessing the creditworthiness of small to medium-sized, highly leveraged companies across various corporate sectors. The successful candidate will also research broader topics, collaborate with colleagues across Europe, North America and India, and interact with participants in the private capital markets.Responsibilities:Support ratings surveillance of a portfolio of small to medium-sized companies with high leverage.Perform fundamental financial analysis and prepare rating committee packages.Organize and track a large portfolio of credits and help refine work processes.Produce timely, high-quality and insightful credit analysis and research.Interact with colleagues across North America, Europe and India.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or other relevant disciplines.
