Deliver exceptional, customer-focused HR services with a proactive, consistent, and efficient approach, aligned with our Global Operating Model.Short DescriptionFacilitate the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle and provide high quality HR support to Colt employees in Spain.Job DescriptionWhat you will doThe main responsibilities are outlined below:Provide in-depth HR knowledge to autonomously take the lead for a designated business function on all Country HR related tasks and activities across the entire employees' life-cycle.Coach managers on best practices and all HR initiatives so they can effectively lead and support their teams.Drive employee relations activities and advise the business on Spanish Labour Law (hiring, disciplinary processes, absence management, international assignments, etc.).Work closely with the relevant Business Partners responsible for business function.Conduct employee onboarding and help planning of training and development.Administer compensation and benefit plans, supporting with communications and employee guidance.What we're looking forBachelor / Master in any HR related or legal subject. Good experience working in an HR function required. Up to date knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and best practice. First experience in works council relations preferable. Previous experience in working in an international matrix-structure desirable. Excellent attention to detail. Capacity to deal with a wide range of stakeholders with conflicting priorities. Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure. Able to demonstrate initiative, influence and problem-solving skills. Friendly and able to converse with people at any level. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning and analytical skills.EducationA bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a relevant field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
