Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for managing the portfolio, communication strategy and digital acceleration for some of the brands across the cluster (Naturals & Cough). You will be responsible for the market and business performance for a portfolio of leading brands within Southern Europe. Internally you will be a key partner of the Brand Cluster Squad and participate in the Commercial Squads Meeting for primary markets. You will also pursue the highest standards of quality, compliance, and ethics.Essential duties and responsibilitiesFull accountability to deliver 3-year Operational Plan NTS/ share targets.Driving the growth of the portfolio of brands across the Southern Europe Cluster.Experience developing and activating content & communication plans and a deep understanding of customer requirements.Work in close partnership with the Franchise teams and country brand activation teams in order to assure strategic alignment and flawless execution on key initiatives for the group of brands across the cluster.Provide leadership and direction to the other functions on the development and deployment of key initiatives for the group of brands across the cluster.Active involvement in Cluster Cough & Cold Squads.Lead local comms and participate in the media planning for the South Europe Cluster countries based on target consumer to ensure that media/comms budget is invested efficiently to drive maximum return.Engage with agencies to enable compliant, efficient, effective, and timely adaptation/development of assets as well as assure consistent activation of the integrated marketing communication strategy for the brands.Partner with the e-commerce, pharmacy, and professional team(s) to accelerate brand's growth within these channel(s)
