Whether out in the field with a partner or solving challenges with your territory team, you always have camaraderie and support to help accomplish your goals.What you'll be doingDevelop a network of potential partners and continuously generate leads for potential licensing or potential acquisition of portfolio.Applying the segment licensing process, work with the global portfolio team and commercial teams to identify product targets, identify partner leads through both new and existing global partners, and collaborate with regional teams to develop cases.Work with cross-functional teams (including integrated supply chain, R&D, regulatory, medical, finance, and legal) to complete due diligence assessments of potential assets and/or acquisitions.Perform valuations of potential assets, develop term sheets, and with the legal team build deal documents (ex. NBO, LOI, APAs), and conduct negotiations with partners.Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures as well as all legal requirements.Deliver performance measures agreed for the region, and individually for key countries within.Share competitive intelligence within team, and cross-function while maintaining compliance to business and legal requirements for confidentiality.Manage multiple, complex projects with broad scope simultaneously, assisting in prioritizing tasks, with clear communication to cross-functional collaborators and management.What you'll bringThe successful candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree with MBA preferred, with 15 years of which, 5+ years in a business development/licensing for generic pharmaceuticals.A proven understanding of pharmaceutical development including solid understanding on regulatory and IP processes is required.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative mindset.Ability to utilize Microsoft O365 and other collaborative tools to prioritize data, drive processes and track performance metrics.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.Our offer:We are committed to providing exceptional opportunities for growth and development to individuals who consistently demonstrate strong work behaviors.
