About the Job: We are seeking a talented 3D Marketing Animator to join our dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality 3D animations and static renders for user acquisition advertising, app store assets, social media, and community engagement.
Your expertise in 3D animation, modeling, and rigging will bring our marketing campaigns to life, captivating our audience and enhancing our brand presence.
What you will do:Promotional asset production: Create high-quality marketing videos and static visuals.Animation and modeling: Utilize software such as Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D to create animations and static renders, ensuring alignment with project requirements and brand guidelines.Content creation and management: Develop and maintain an efficient pipeline for creating 3D content tailored for various marketing channels, including user acquisition ads, app store visuals, and social media.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing designers, concept artists, and technical artists to produce compelling 3D animations and static renders, focusing on environments, visual effects (VFX), and character animations.Rigging: Perform modeling and rigging tasks to support the animation pipeline, including rigging 3D models (bipedal, quadrupedal, expressions, inorganic) to achieve desired outputs.Asset optimization: Pack texture sheets, create and animate particle systems, implement animations, and optimize art assets for various platforms.AI integration: Utilize AI-generated art tools to create consistent and innovative visual content, enhancing the efficiency and creativity of the 3D asset production.Innovation: Generate and encourage creative ideas and solutions within the team to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing materials. What you will need:Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing teams of mobile gaming companies.Design and animation principles: Strong understanding of design and animation principles (2D/3D), including character, environment, and VFX animation.Rigging skills: Proficient in rigging 3D models (bipedal, quadrupedal, expressions, inorganic) to achieve desired outputs.Animation proficiency: Skilled in keyframe-based 3D animation for various subjects, including characters, environments, and cameras.
