About the Role: We are looking for a combined Regional Brand Manager (BM) and Product Specialist (PS) (f/m/d), to join the Surgical Solutions business in EMEA. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the EMEA Surgical Solutions business through local market support in focus markets within EMEA, customer profile centricity, and a deep understanding of the disease states Surgical Solutions focuses on (ventral hernia, inguinal hernia, hiatal hernia, and bariatric surgery), whilst also being responsible for supporting Fitness-for-Use for the Surgical Solutions portfolio across the EMEA region.This position offers multiple work arrangements: preferred hybrid at our facility in France (Paris), Spain (Barcelona), Italy (Verona), or UK (Livingston), or fully remote work allowed in most locations within these countries.Responsibilities:Own and coordinate with Global Brand Managers and Global Product Specialists the regional lifecycle management efforts to include demand plans, field actions, pricing review processes, and enumeration needs.Responsible for regional product launch including sales channel training plans, adaptation of global promotional materials, launch metrics, and reporting.Identify product growth and expansion opportunities and support global product goals in the region.Understand/analyze customer unmet needs and translate them to global counterparts for product line extensions and New Product Development activities.Identify new or evolving product use considerations and partner with Global Product Specialists to assess alignment with global Fitness-for-Use and regional labeling.Support product surveillance and clinical research activities within Surgical Solutions, including reporting and customer communications.Create and deliver product/clinical training to customers, business partners, and Gore Associates.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clinical use, customer needs, and product trends through direct interactions with physicians.Respond to off-label inquiries through consultation with Global Product Specialist.Support regulatory and marketing activities via clinical literature reviews and presentation reviews.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing/Product Management/Brand Management roles in the General Surgery device industry, ideally with experience within the ventral hernia, inguinal hernia, hiatal hernia, and bariatric surgery disease states.Demonstrated ability of product lifecycle management.Demonstrated ability to partner with the sales organization and functional business partners to drive profitable revenue growth.Demonstrated success influencing and integrating within and across teams and functions to execute against revenue-generating strategic plans.Proven ability to build relationships with clinical customers, particularly key physician thought leaders.Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and communicate scientific or clinical publications and data.High ethical standards and respect for compliance.Ability to travel about 50% of the time (travel frequency will vary throughout the year, however, the maximum would be ~50% per annum).Strong written and verbal communication (English) and interpersonal skills.Desired Qualifications:BA/BSc degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Fluent (written and verbal) skills in Spanish and/or French and/or Italian.Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates, with prior appropriate approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies.What We Offer: Our success is based on the capability and creativity of our Associates, and we are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards program that supports your everyday and helps you build your tomorrow.We provide benefits that offer choice and flexibility and promote overall well-being.
