By providing predictive, decision-ready insights driven by the world's most accurate data, NDT Global enables the conditions for asset owners to optimize infrastructure health and drive operational efficiencies while reducing risk and minimizing their carbon footprint.PurposeThe role of the HR Generalist within the PC team involves specific functions within administrative management at the local level: they will be responsible for managing tasks related to employee management, payroll, compensation and benefits.
Also, collaborate with the Talent Sourcing team in the management of local recruitment and onboarding, as well as in the search for personnel within the business unit where they will support as a business partner.
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in aligning the human resources function with the overall mission and vision of the organization, contributing to a productive, engaged, and satisfied workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesPC Generalist: Assists in administering employee benefit programs (enrollment, onboarding, leave administration, life insurance claims, etc.)
and addressing benefits-related inquiries.Manages employee disability leaves and modified return to work processes.Manages all aspects of payroll including timesheets, reports, employee changes, sick and vacation balances, reconciliation, etc.Is in direct contact with the payroll provider to confirm accuracy and on-time reporting.Ensures compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.Maintains employee personnel and payroll files and employee HRIS database ensuring PC information is kept up to date.Provides time administration (time entry and time away from work) support to employees ensuring Dayforce (HRIS) is accurate and supports employees' requirements.Handles all PC related administration and record keeping, including verification of employment letters, benefits/pension letters, and salary changes forms.Handles leavers, and conducts exit interviews with voluntary exiting employees.Business Partnership: Builds strong relationships with leaders and managers within their assigned business portfolio to understand their business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.Provides proactive People Culture support, insights, recommendations and guidance on talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and other strategic People Culture areas to drive organizational effectiveness.Stays up to date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance.Partners with Learning and Development team and management to identify training needs and supports the design and delivery of relevant learning programs for employees.Responsible for preparation of the annual budget including headcount for assigned portfolio.Qualifications and RequirementsA Diploma in Human Resources, Management, Business/Commerce or related education is required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing general HR function including payroll, benefits, reporting and policy compliance is required.Experience working with Spanish payroll is required.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Basic knowledge of HRIS (Ceridian, ADP).SkillsetMust be proficient in spoken and written English.Proactive attitude.Communication skills.Team player.Problem solving and global mindset.Benefits:Hybrid type of work.Family-friendly and flexible working hours.Health and Dental Insurance.International and multicultural work environment.Challenging and versatile tasks with creative freedom.Company activities during the year promoting opportunities to create cohesion with work colleagues (teambuilding activities, external training, Christmas party and gift exchange).
