As an Overconsumption Customer Renewals Executive (oCRE), you are responsible for delivering rock solid license overconsumption leads and following up with the field on the execution.
You are responsible for ensuring that your leads are turned into compliance upsells to drive incremental cloud revenue.
oCRE will be responsible for gathering reliable, actionable insights about overconsumption scenarios among customers and developing the rock solid leads that shall be addressed with our customers by the field colleagues.
You will be empowered to know all internal sources to identify rock solid license overconsumption leads and to track and monitor their execution.
You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in contract and usage management principles that are key to SAP's growth.

Overconsumption Execution Tasks:Provide end-to-end renewal overconsumption support; maintain knowledge of entitlement metrics, contract entitlement specifics and the SAP product portfolio, and support the field on transactional steps related to overconsumption lead execution.Leverage internal SAP networks to navigate across functional areas and regions.Possess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions.Understand and support methods to assist the field and the customer in understanding usage entitlements.Knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.The Customer Renewal Center's mission is to reach #Quest4Zero each and every quarter: ZERO churn, ZERO lost, and ZERO slipped renewals.
