TMC pioneered teleradiology services in Europe when it was founded back in 2002 and has since become a vital partner for more than 130 radiology departments in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.Overall, the group employs 500 radiologists and 200 pathologists and is active in 15 countries.What are we looking for?As we are expanding our services in Sweden, we are looking to hire an additional Client Administrator for our Operations team.The Operations team ensures that the teleradiology service is running smoothly. The job consists in making sure all radiological examinations our client hospitals send to us are processed correctly, by managing administrative tasks in our systems and phone communication with the Swedish/Danish hospital staff.This position is a customer care position, with focus on patient care within healthcare.What can we offer you?You will work in a team of 6-8 colleagues, all with native Swedish and/or Danish language skills, some are based in Barcelona or surroundings (we offer flexibility in locations) and others are based in Sweden, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Australia or New Zealand.The work environment is fully digital; we will provide a laptop and screens, and you can work either from the office or from home.If you come with a medical background as a nurse or radiographer, then the tasks may include quality control of the images and a more advanced communication with the hospital staff and our radiologists.If you don't come with such background, we will limit the tasks and you will spend the first weeks of your employment in training of the processes and the terminology until you feel comfortable taking calls and answering emails from our client hospitals.Your benefits:Salary: Competitive Salary plus bonus (applicable after 6 months), 40h per week. Possibility to do part-time as well, we are flexible!Working hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 - 20:00 (winter), 14:00 - 22:00 (summer). Weekends may be included in future. We have an open space office, with fantastic views.International setup: TMC has also offices outside London, in Sydney, Noosa in Australia, and in Auckland, New Zealand, so there may be possibilities to work from our other offices as well.Training and growth: We offer a yearly training budget, possibilities to grow in your department (which also lead to increased salary and bonus scales), professional development and career development opportunities within the organisation.What will you do?Liaise directly with hospital staff by phone or through our systems, to discuss incoming cases.Handle calls between hospital staff and TMC radiologists.Ensure data is complete - control that all the cases which are going to be examined include essential clinical information and full set of images and that they are prepared in the most appropriate manner to ensure effective reporting by the radiologist.Manage certain statistics, provide support with audits and deal with cases (data entry and preparation of cases, distribution of radiology reports).Control the cases in the system to ensure they are processed within turnaround times.What do we need from you?You must have a native level of Swedish and/or Danish, and be fluent in English. To feel comfortable in this role you need to be a natural problem solver, with plenty of common sense, a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humour.You must be able to multi-task and juggle overlapping priorities. Experience with office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a requirement.Required Role Based Competences:Attention to detail and strong administration skills.Positive and professional mindset.Communication skills.Independent Problem Solver.Team Worker and Independent.It's a plus if you have a medical background (great if you have it, and if not, we will teach you what you need).
