What You Will DoYou will be responsible for the full sales and relationship life cycle, generating sales leads and consultatively pitching to key decision makers.This is a new business oriented role and you will need to demonstrate a successful track record of new business wins. You will be expected to be highly motivated and confident to achieve your individual revenue targets, whilst maintaining robust sales pipelines.You will demonstrate value-based selling and run through demos of the Starmind platform to prospective buyers as part of the sales cycle.You interact daily with high-level stakeholders and understand their needs, motivations and challenges in order to optimise the sales process and feed back relevant information to our product development team.You are in the driver's seat when it comes to negotiating and closing deals with your portfolio clients and seek to generate new leads by building up your network within their organisations in a systematic and strategic fashion.You oversee the timely delivery of the correct products and services at your portfolio clients in coordination with our internal teams and deal with any questions or problems your clients might have.You regard the creation of realistic but ambitious sales forecasts and reports as a vital part of your role. Who You AreYou have gained substantial professional experience in B2B new business sales, ideally within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company or similar.You will have sold subscription based software with a minimum price point of €80,000, and have a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets.You have understood that sales is not about talking as much as possible but rather listening closely to your customer and reacting upon their individual needs. Consultative Sales is your style.You are ambitious, persistent but also patient. Looking back on your existing sales track record makes you proud but leaves you yearning for more!Conversing regularly with C-level stakeholders of large corporations is something you are used to.You have an entrepreneurial spirit and know how to make a strong start in a new role.You know the key principles of successful stakeholder management and enjoy building up detailed knowledge of corporate structures, processes and politics in order to reach your sales goals.The proficient use of MS Office as well as CRM (Salesforce) systems is part of your overall toolkit.You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and thrive when things do not stay the same for long.Success energises you but a big part of your motivation is not focused on your personal goals but furthering your team's mission.
