Reporting to the Port Manager of Barcelona (to be recruited), the Agency Operator will be responsible for providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-call service to our Marine Clients to ensure the safe and smooth turnaround of all appointed vessels within the jurisdiction of the ports. The job calls for a high sense of responsibility and reliability, where the person will be responsible for managing vessel requirements, booking relevant services, issuing all relevant shipping documentation, undertaking vessel boarding and performing any other tasks that relate to the job.What you'll do:Manage the pre-arrival documentation process between vessel, port/terminal and government authoritiesBook port services for vessel berthing and sailing (arranging Pilots, Towage, Lines etc
