Reporting to our Marketing Director, the Field Marketing Specialist has responsibility for the strategic marketing plan from inception through to implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You will own the performance of our advance wound care brands and use insights and creative thinking to drive growth and defend existing business from competitive threats across the Spanish region.

RequisitosDemonstrable experience within a marketing environment, with a track record of delivering successful marketing strategiesAdvanced use of social media toolsAbility to lead and inspire more junior members of the team, with a view to becoming a future leaderBudget management capabilitiesProject management skillsAbility to bring and realize innovative ideasWorking environmentHybrid working - it is expected that you will be able to attend the office in Barcelona 40% of the time.
There is also a need to travel to visit our clients and customers across Spain and at times internationally.
