Here, you will make an impact by:Leading an experienced and energised key account sales team to execute sales, customer and market strategies across Spain and Portugal.Determining and influencing business decisions to develop customer relationships.Implementing sales operation programs around targets, financials, reporting, POS analytics and incentives to drive growth and participating in contract negotiations.Setting priorities and timetables, assigning resources/tasks and providing performance feedback to build growth.Supporting and coaching your sales organisation to demonstrate strong people skills to develop the team to achieve their goals and reach their potential.Your Skills and ExpertiseEducated to degree level.Expert selling and customer experience in FMCG/Retail markets.Current, valid driver's license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Negotiations Skills Certification.Remote Management (preferably cross country/International).Sales management certification.Project management.TravelThis role will include between 25% to 50% domestic and international travel within Iberia depending on customer requirements.
