Product Manager - In App Purchase
We are looking for a talented and creative Product Manager interested in pushing our understanding and the performance of In-App Purchase (IAP) monetisation as a part of the Candy Crush Saga team. You will get the opportunity to be part of a great team, working with an industry leading and genre defining game with over 200 million active players.
Your role within the Kingdom:
As an Associate Product Manager in the IAP Monetisation Area of Candy Crush, you will be working with varied stakeholders in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You'll help us to develop new features to delight our players and grow our business.
Key responsibilities include: Work together with other Product Managers, Game Designers, and UX Designers to design engaging player experiences and features.Use analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, recommend A/B-test optimizations and provide input for features to increase user retention, engagement, and monetization.Build a great team environment, coordinating and aligning your "cross-functional" team(s) as well as stakeholders towards our goals.Provide stakeholders with regular or ad-hoc updates on the performance of the product/features.Skills to create thrills:
You are a passionate problem solver and have the ability to draw data driven business insights that will add real value to King. You are proactive and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment whilst communicating effectively with teams and individuals across King.
Experience and capabilities that would suit this role: You have experience in a product leadership or product management role at a tech/games company, or in a similarly analytical role.Prior experience in an industry with very short implementation cycles such as e-commerce, online products/services or games.Highly analytical, with proven experience of big data decision making.Good understanding of data and statistics, with the ability to interpret these with confidence and drive through your recommendations and a willingness to learn more.About King:
