We are a global family of 11,000 uniquely talented people in over 60 counties, inspiring each other to do the best work of our lives.Purpose of Role:Weir Minerals Spain & Portugal is seeking an experienced administrator to work alongside the Finance Lead and provide support with a range of finance, HR and administrative tasks. There is a requirement for this role to provide general office management to promote the smooth running of the office.Key Responsibilities:Provide information and support to Weir Business Services Department to proceed with daily accountancy, monthly payments to suppliers and any other accounting needs.Pro-actively support the Finance Lead in the provision of high quality finance related support to the Regional territory manager.Support the management of the Receivables and Payables ledgers, including Credit control support, banking and cash collection.Sending invoices to customers on a daily basis.Completion of ad-hoc duties as required to support the finance business-as-usual activities.Support the provision of HR support to colleagues and to have specific responsibility for the onboarding of new starters helping them to get I.T equipment and any associated tasks.Deal with local vendors for any office requirements and process local orders in the system through COUPA according to company purchase procedures.Manage the onboarding of the new suppliers through COUPA and support the vendors with the process.Supporting the local Spain Manager and the Regional Sales Manager with office management tasks.Support the car renting queries by the employees.Arrange travel and accommodation booking for visitors attending WM Spain.Provide, ensure and support general marketing to Weir Spain in accordance with the company's marketing policy & strategy.Any other activities as required to ensure smooth running of office and to support European management.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
