Learn more at www.Ouro.ComResponsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive digitally centric acquisition and retention marketing strategies that are aligned with Ouro's aggressive business objectives and growth targets.Lead the creation of brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of profitable, CAC efficient digital acquisition and retention multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEM & SEO, app store demand generation and optimization, digital, social media, content and lifecycle marketing, and email marketing.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and relevant KPIs (CAC, LTV, payback, etc.).Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages professional growth.Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the marketing team.Ability to marry data, strategy, and creative insights to deliver and execute against performance goals.Develop strategies to attract and retain customers, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey.Implement customer segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance conversion and engagement.Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment and support for customer acquisition initiatives.Strengthen Ouro's brand presence and reputation in the fintech industry.Manage relationships with media, influencers, and other external stakeholders.Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media kits, and speaking engagements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
