We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Vice President of Corporate Development to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and exploring new market opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will work closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions that align with our business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Analysis:Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive growth and strengthen the company's market position.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital media landscape.Analyze the financial and operational performance of potential business opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):Identify, evaluate, and coordinate potential acquisition targets that align with the company's strategic objectives.Lead the due diligence process, including financial, legal, and operational assessments, to ensure thorough evaluation of targets.Negotiate terms and conditions of deals, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and risk tolerance.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, financial advisors, and investment banks, to execute transactions.Investments and Divestments:Evaluate and recommend investments in new ventures, technologies, or markets that offer strategic growth opportunities.Oversee the company's investment portfolio and make informed decisions on divestitures to optimize returns.Plan the collaborative integration of new acquisitions to ensure they deliver expected value.Financial Oversight:Work closely with the finance team to assess the financial impact of potential deals and strategic initiatives.Develop and manage financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.Project Management:Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Build and lead a high-performing corporate development department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic consulting, preferably within the digital media industry.Proven track record of successful M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Experience leading, managing, and developing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience in Crypto is required, and experience in iGaming is a plus.Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Find.cois an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
