About the role
The Control Remediation team helps ensure that Revolut is compliant with its regulatory obligations. They've got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Those data-driven experts know that better people and machines are the most effective way of managing compliance and conduct risks. We're looking for Business Compliance and Business Risk Managers who will be responsible for advising our business on compliance requirements, related controls, and testing of these controls. What you'll be doing Reading large pieces of regulation and breaking down regulatory requirements, and understanding how those apply to Revolut.Advising the business on compliance requirements and related controls.Designing, implementing, and testing controls.Developing and testing key procedures.Working closely with global Regulatory Compliance and Risk Managers to ensure risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones and deliver the intended outcome.Liaising with key internal (e.g. Legal, Risk, Business etc.) and external (e.g. regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.) stakeholders as required. What you'll need The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation and implementation.The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal and external stakeholders.Multitasking skills with close attention to detail.The ability to demonstrate sound judgement.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in compliance risk management within a compliance function or a regulator, or expertise demonstrated through consulting experience.Experience with risk identification, monitoring and controls (implementation and testing).Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data. Vilnius: 2,600 - 2,900 gross monthly
Lithuania: 2,600 - 2,900 gross monthly
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
