M Digital Partner is a tailor-made digital recruitment company for startups and corporates. We were born in Tech Barcelona where we established our headquarter offices. Our main goal is to become the best ambassadors of our partners. We are currently looking for a Product Owner for our partner, which is a leader in the pharmaceutical market, with a global presence.
Role:Product RoadmapBuild and nurture your product vision with your Business Product Owner, gathering insights from users, your team, data analysis, competitors, and user research.Turn that into a strategy and a well-thought-out roadmap, ensuring we are building the right features.Ensure your team/stakeholders understand and embrace it through engaging communication.Product ExecutionWork closely with Product Designers and engineers to develop the best solutions for users' pain points, ensuring we build the features right.Turn your roadmap into a backlog of user stories. Organize and prioritize everything with your BPO, explaining the rationale behind it to all partners, stakeholders, and your team.Ensure that all products shipped by your team are bug-free (with the QA team's help).Test hypotheses and ideas in the field with ingenious MVPs.Analyze features performance through A/B testing, behavior data, etc., generating insights about your product (with user researchers' help).CommunicationBe the number one advocate of your product in the organization.Align with all partners of your team, whether it is other Product teams, Operations, or Marketing teams. Be convincing about your product vision and always explain your priorities.Communicate in a timely manner with your Business Product Owner about important information, alerts, etc. Ask for help whenever needed and be a fast learner.We need:2 to 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.An Engineering or Business School degree.The ability to handle ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized, prioritized, and structured way.Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem.A passion for product management.Great communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level.Analytical and "customer-centric" mindset, believing that data should drive your product strategy.Kind, thoughtful, and a natural achiever.Fluency in English.We value:Previous experience working in an eCommerce company, starting your own company, or knowledge of the marketplace model.A passion for DIY and a desire to play a significant role in the reinvention of this market.We offer:Possibilities for personal and professional growth in line with the results achieved.An international environment.
