The HR Coordinator is essential and will be the connector of many HR projects and initiatives.HR Coordinator (M/F/x) 100% - MadridMain Responsibilities:Support VP HR in most of his duties related to all European business locations.Being involved in activities relating to the relocation process: HR data input, benefit and allowance administration, and work permits processing (with our partner).Liaise with European authorities as necessary in relation to work permits and other topics associated with the company as an international organization.Contributing to the improvement of internal procedures.Providing a first level of HR service, exhibiting in all circumstances a service-oriented attitude towards requests/queries from internal and external clients.Liaising with external providers when necessary to ensure that outsourced HR services are delivered in a consistent, high-quality manner to the employees.Work very closely with Office Manager in Spain.Have a deep understanding of H&S law and processes to comply with current premises and new ones coming.Shape and improve the employee experience from Onboarding, first week in the company, and Offboarding.Executing exit interviews and offboarding checklists to provide feedback to management and improve upon such event.Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.Handling and supervising payroll with external partner.Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment/hiring process by performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing job offer letters, employment contracts, etc.Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.Perform probation period reviews, onboarding, offboarding, and update records with new hires/leavers.Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employees feedback and data.Requirements:A Human Resources or Psychology degree with further education in HR is desired.At least 3 years of experience within HR Operations/HR Services within international organizations/environments and or fast-growing organization.Strong understanding of HR best practices and processes.Ability to work with ATS software
