Location: Barcelona, Spain Position Summary: Deluxe is a leader in the post-production sector of audio-visual content.
We are looking for a new Scheduler to support the department in everything that refers to planning and organizing Dubbing projects.
Role and Responsibilities: Plan calendars provided by the client and manage all processes in the necessary times to meet deliveries.
Optimize all resources according to projects and clients, as each has different specifications and requires different treatment.
Interact and communicate with the rest of the departments to coordinate and provide support throughout the process.
Identify and anticipate the different problems that may arise in each project and efficiently find possible solutions.
Perform a daily control of all work together with the rest of the department.
Key Requirements: Experience or training in the audiovisual sector.
Advanced English.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Ability to multitask simultaneously.
Organizational skills and special attention to detail.
Flexibility and ability to work in a team.
Agility and dynamism.
Communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Availability to work full-time in the afternoon shift (1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.).
