Master's degree is a plus. Your professional journey boasts a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, with a focus on real estate services, facilities, and transactions. You excel in project management, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management. Your skill set includes robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a hands-on mentality. You possess a great knowledge of real estate market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Communication is one of your strong suits, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills. Leading cross-functional teams and steering the change within the organization rounds up your profile. You are fluent in English.
