What's the role? This role will help Starmind expand its footprint in Switzerland, Germany, UK, US and beyond through a regional demand generation strategy aimed to educate, engage and convert prospects in specific regions, in line with their needs and requirements. Maximizing demand generation for key target personas through digital and traditional marketing channels.
Responsibilities: Demand Generation: Growth Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Create and execute a robust multi-channel marketing plan to meet regional demand generation targets, raise market awareness and drive solution adoption across key use cases.Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Agency to ensure Starmind's messaging and positioning in the field marketing plan is aligned to the wider company Go-To-Market strategy.Develop campaign content across all customer journey touchpoints.Build audience, use case or industry specific nurture tracks and marketing automation to increase lead to SQL conversion rates.Optimize customer journey touchpoints in line with market findings and persona expectations across all channels.Track KPIs and report on regional marketing performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. Events (virtual/live/hybrid): Plan and execute summits, roundtables, industry events, partner events and webinars, in order to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer & partner relationships.Organize Starmind led events and webinars in partnership with external vendors, analysts or existing customers.Optimize event strategy to engage target audiences by the level and industry defined under Starmind's ICP and target a mix of event formats: keynote, broader industry events, roundtables, 1-2-1 engagement opportunities etc. Regional content creation (integrated campaigns): Secure integrated marketing collaborations with event vendors including pre-during- post event promotion, joint content creation and relationship building with key thought leaders within target markets.Identify and implement regional content creation initiatives to align to specific local market needs and behaviour across buyer persona and vertical market trends.Collaborate with PR lead and agency to leverage awareness opportunities as lead generation support.Engage key market influencers into join content creation initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the liaison point for European Sales, SDR & CSM team members within the Marketing team.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and technical expert team members to identify market segments and develop marketing programs that deliver success at each customer touchpoint and each stage of the buyer's journey - and to share best practices. Let's talk skills: 5+ years' experience in field marketing/event management in B2B tech companies highly desired.Great project management skills and experience working with multiple vendors to amplify presence in target market.Understanding of digital marketing channels and key lead gen KPIs.Experience in working with HubSpot or similar marketing platform, Salesforce or similar sales tracking platform a plus.Experience working in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization as a remote contributor integral to team success.Strong analytical and problem-solving, project management, storytelling and written/oral communications skills.Strong planning, project management, analytical, and prioritization skills.Experience in SaaS B2B marketing is a benefit.Be able to quantify growth impact: lead generation & pipeline generation achievements per tactic and across the target market.Budget/vendor/agency management experience.
