The transportation network behind Amazon's operations spreads over hundreds of countries, reaching millions of customers. It's our Amazon Transportation Services team that ensures products are efficiently transported where they need to be before their final delivery. As a Transportation Specialist, you'll be working closely with teams across Amazon and external logistics partners to ensure enough delivery vans are available, processing new cases and acting quickly on escalations where necessary.

You'll understand the unique challenges of the transportation team and manage them collaboratively with other cross-functional teams. Your motivation and commitment to our customers will ensure that our response to delivery issues is timely and efficient. You will be required to make real-time decisions effectively, by doing your research, weighing up your options and learning as you progress. The result of your work will be the timely delivery of Amazon packages to millions of customers around the world.
