.Purpose of PositionAs a Junior Business Partner (M/F/d) in our FP&A Team, you make a significant contribution to preparing decisions for management and fostering transparency by creating and analysing group-wide reports and KPIs. By constantly developing your role, you ensure that you keep pace with our growing business and dynamic market. All of this is done in close cooperation with our international subsidiaries and management. Last but not least, by participating in forecasts and budgets, you will be involved in actively accompanying our future development and strategy.Key Tasks & AccountabilitiesKey responsibilities within this superb role include:You will be responsible for consulting and supporting Awin's Country and Regional Managers and Department Heads for our Regions with underlying analysis based on their financial performance.Finding saving potentials and possible sales boosts by providing qualitative insights based on available reporting, including conclusions, is one of your key strengths.With a high level of communication (written & spoken), you take the co-pilot's seat in the manager's plane, giving directions and recommendations.Responsibility for Revenue, Staff, Opex, and Capex, going along with anticipation of expected figures before month-end closing.Providing commentary on deviations between expected and actual figures is one of your key strengths and goes hand in hand with target-oriented communication towards your stakeholders both throughout the month and towards month-end closing.You are a key player in our Budget, Forecasting, and Midterm planning process, having the foresight for your area of responsibility.Skills & Expertise/ExperienceTo be successful, you will need to meet the below requirements:Highly motivated, top-performing professional with a degree in business administration, economics, or similar.Passionate about controlling and finance, and looking to join a highly dynamic, diverse, and international team.Deep knowledge of MS Excel; BI Tools such as Tableau is a plus.Already first experience in controlling (1-2 years).Knowledge in accounting and controlling standards according to IFRS.Excellent communication in English; additional language is a plus.Goal-oriented, analytical, and independent way of working; proven abilities to work in a team and show flexibility.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Our OfferFlexi-Week and Work-Life Balance: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
