We are 7 teammates, working in cross-functional teams across the company to build up the best team and culture. This is a fundamental role to us because people are the center of this company and we are in the middle of a scaling phase with ambitious growth plans.Responsibilities:Own recruitment plans across the company and work in partnership with management to identify, plan and tackle hiring needs helping us build the company for scale.Lead Employer branding strategy, by defining our employer value proposition and deploying a yearly plan to place Lingokids in the international spot as a tech leading company.Lead the Talent Acquisition team (2 ppl), providing guidance, support and growth opportunities to ensure the continued scale of the company.Monitor and implement Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives for hirings in all levels across the company.You will lead the talent acquisition strategy, but also act as a hands-on Sr. TA specialist for leadership and key positions by managing the full-cycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring.Desired experience:+5 years of experience leading the talent acquisition strategy in global tech companies.Tech savvy professional.Used to work in a fast-paced environment, ready to innovate and design disrupting hiring strategies to attract the best talent.Fluent in both English and Spanish.Experience in a fast-growing company.Experience with data-driven recruitment to improve our processes.English is a must. You should feel equally comfortable communicating in long-form writing.
