Accountabilities:Manage a team of transactions assistants to coordinate the CPSS purchasing shared mailbox, processing requests efficiently.Develop and implement processes for capturing CAPEX demand, reporting, communications, and asset maintenance.Provide first-level analysis and insights on capital assets, troubleshoot supplier invoice issues.Manage contracts with 3rd parties and maintain expert knowledge of AZ contracts process.Liaise with Legal and Procurement to ensure AstraZeneca remains compliant and contracts deliver the best value to the company.Essential Skills/Experience:Basic finance and accounting knowledge.Capacity to solve problems, identify options and propose a reasoned solution.Good communication skills and English language proficiency, both verbal and written.Good PC skills including Excel skills.High degree of accuracy with attention to detail.Experience in an accounting capacity within an international organization.Desirable Skills/Experience:Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams.1-2 years of managing a team.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
