The Trade Marketing Executive supports the Category Manager in defining and executing our colour cosmetic Skincare assortments, both seasonal and permanent across Europe.
Supported by the Category Manager, you will rationalise ranges to be country-specific, meeting the needs of the consumer.
You'll optimise seasonal moments NPDs, ensuring you coordinate information cross-functionally with our talented sales, marketing, business analyst, and comms teams to maximise our brand sales in-store and online.
Through detailed analysis, you will create insights to form merchandising and assortments strategies which maximise the return on range.
You will work in conjunction with the Category Manager to design and develop permanent store fixtures and in-store POS which will excite and entice our shopper.

Key Responsibilities Developing marketing and assortment strategies to grow brand sales share in alignment with our company budget.Delivery execution of our annual marketing plan at country category level.Making recommendations and executing our range assortments that fit our consumer, market, and retailer needs, optimising new product launches.Creating insights from sales market data, resulting in strategic range decisions including delisted SKU proposals and New SKU introductions.Identifying execution opportunities to take the brand out of aisle to build brand visibility and engage with the consumer.Working in alignment with our purchasing demand planning team, forecasting stock for effective stock management of active and discontinued SKUs.Analysing market dynamics, trends, and tracking competitor activity (e.g. NPD, promos, marketing activities including digital/social media).Making interpretations and forming recommendations to feed into future plans.Working alongside the Sales Team to drive sales according to the retailer specific Trade Marketing Plans.Assisting and participating at internal and external company events.Remaining abreast of industry trends, digital developments, and feeding in new thinking.Creation and delivery of marketing materials content, particularly producing effective point-of-sale material to drive brand/category/product awareness. Skills and ExperienceSolid experience in Trade Marketing, Buying or as a Category Assistant.Experience within the Beauty industry.Ability to prioritise and multi-task with outstanding attention to detail.Analytical skills, strong numeric ability, and data questioning approach.Effective communication skills, together with a resilient character.Passion for creativity and innovation.Confident and enthusiastic manner with the ability to be proactive and assertive.Solutions driven and methodical approach to problem solving.Strong knowledge of Excel with proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.Fluency in Spanish, French, and English are essential, with additional languages being beneficial.
