Glovo wants to take a leadership role in the Retail Media industry and we're looking for an ambitious leader to make this happen.
This leader will be the ultimate owner of the leading strategy to help those Brands maximize their growth and reach within the Glovo ecosystem, creating tangible opportunities for them to engage more and better with their customers.

Be a part of a team where you will: Define and execute the vision and long-term strategy for Retail Media in Glovo.Define the team and processes for success in a 2-3 year timeframe in order to maximize the potential of hundreds of CPG brands, media agencies, and Payment institutions in Glovo.Lead a global Team of +15 professionals directly, +120 indirectly (dotted line) defining the strategy and targets for all teams globally.Establish sales, operations, and growth processes to maximize Glovo's partnerships with Global Brands and Media agencies.Sign and grow Global Joint Business Plans with Top brands, Payment Institutions, and Media Agencies.Maintain key relationships with C-level of Brands.Partner with the product and tech teams to define, prioritize and implement the Ads Product Roadmap that will take us to the next level in the Retail Media space.Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.Be part of the leadership team of Glovo.Be the ultimate owner of the Ads Revenues coming from in-app and off-app assets. You have: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior role involving team management, project management, and ownership of a budget and structure.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, preferably retail media marketing.Excellent strategic thinking, including structuring complex problems and prioritizing effectively.Strong analytical skills and ease of dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.Proactivity, organization skills, and obsession with details.An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude. Nice-to-haves: Experience building a retail media network will be highly appreciated.Experience managing and dealing with media agencies.Experience in E/Q-Commerce.Understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, as well as ease with tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs.
