The Role
As Teamlead Marketing/Project Manager, you will:
Manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful execution.Lead the marketing team and motivate team members to deliver their best performance.Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure that all projects run smoothly and meet set goals.Oversee daily online marketing activities and ensure they are aligned with the company's overarching strategy.Use marketing knowledge to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and identify new opportunities.Work with data to inform decisions and analyze results, thus continuously optimizing the marketing strategy. Ideal Profile Experience in project management, preferably in a marketing environment.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex information and translate it into action-oriented plans.Independence and proactivity, with the ability to show initiative and work solution-oriented.Structure and the ability to maintain an overview, even in a rapidly changing environment.
