Job Responsibilities: Continue the strategy for Fabry in Spain, ensuring excellent execution and alignment with local needs and Global teams to achieve our goals.Analyze the environment to provide relevant information for agile and objective decision-making based on data, ensuring the achievement of the company's objectives associated with Fabry.Focus on finding differentiation versus existing and new competitors as strategic pillars.Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to better understand the market.Develop solutions in collaboration with transversal positions and utilize the appropriate channels in each situation.Main Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and preparation/execution of the marketing plan for assigned products, integrating an omnichannel vision and facilitating participation from all teams involved in the Brand Plan.Analyze market and competition situations, integrating necessary information to ensure actions are adapted to market needs, identifying opportunities and making proposals for the Company to anticipate its evolution.Participate with the TAL in defining the annual budget in terms of sales (monthly and long-range forecasts).Supervise and control the A&P budget assigned to the brand, maximizing resources to meet budgeted objectives.Coordinate the effective execution of the marketing plan with other functions (especially Medical Affairs, Customer Engagement, Market Access, Public Affairs, Communication, Business Excellence, and Sales).Capture relevant opinions from external stakeholders to integrate into the marketing strategy and tactical plans.Maintain optimal knowledge of market realities and customer perceptions regarding marketing actions through continuous contact with the sales team.
