We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.
You'll ensure all our teams can attract & hire the very best talent as we look to scale by acting as a true business partner to hiring managers - optimising our process, thinking strategically about innovative sourcing and attraction methods and building our employer brand.
Key Job Responsibilities:Sourcing and assessing talent.Monitoring the whole recruitment process from A to Z.Manage the recruiting processes from Junior to Management roles; Onboarding & Happiness.Build a cohesive team by spreading HTK values and spirit.Coaching hiring managers to improve interviewing, assessment and selection competence and educate the wider business.Deliver recruitment skills training and accredit colleagues to ensure they are competent at assessing.Leading effective local networking and recruitment initiatives.Support the HR manager and the wider team with project work such as benchmarking, increasing employer branding etc.Advise on assessment criteria & interview structures.Proactively contribute to wider continuous improvement initiatives and broader projects across HR.Manage the company applicant tracking system and make recommendations for changes where appropriate.Building strong partner relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to properly influence and define hiring needs according to our talent acquisition strategy.Coaching stakeholders to develop their effectiveness in recruiting and selecting.Offer a strategic view on acquiring specific skill sets to match strategic business priorities.Develop a recruitment social media plan in collaboration with the Communications team.Maintain and develop the company careers pages, ensuring content and vacancies are regularly updated. Previous experience in leading talent acquisition within a fast-paced, international organisation.Ideally 5 - 7 years experience of full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual in French and English is required for this position (European language skills are highly desirable: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese).Experience recruiting on various levels with a strong spirit of service, adaptability, and accountability.Experience managing partnerships with third-party and contingent search vendors.Solid team player who can collaborate cross-functionally.Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills to achieve effective management of a high volume and wide range of responsibilities and changing priorities.
