TasksCollaborate with Operation Managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish a hiring approach for 3 European sites.Facilitate regular meetings to report on hiring progress, flag issues, and prioritize action plans.Coach, lead, and manage a team of 6 recruiters across 3 sites, allocating roles, sharing best practices, measuring metrics, etc.Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer) for open roles.Develop and execute a hiring strategy to deliver a strong talent pipeline, adapted to the market and to the company's growth objectives.Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the hiring success.Stay informed about market trends and talent insights to maintain competitiveness in the hiring performance.RequirementsFull professional level of English.A degree in HR or any other field.At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the BPO industry, with a proven track record of handling big volumes.At least 1 year of experience in managing and leading a recruitment team toward success.Strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities to manage expectations and delivery.Direct knowledge in shaping and delivering effective short and long-term sourcing and recruitment strategies nationally and internationally (a plus!).
