At Grifols SA, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager, reporting directly to the company's Director of Real Estate, responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels.

What your responsibilities will beYou will manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.You will negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.You will identify real estate opportunities.You will foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and suppliers.You will oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.You will optimize space utilization.You will monitor properties across international subsidiaries. Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture or similar. Specialization or Master's Degree in Real Estate Management will be valued.You have 5-10 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Real Estate Consulting is a plus.You have an advanced English level (C1.1. or more).Advanced German will be highly valued.You are a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a collaborative mindset.You are highly organized, capable of multitasking, and provide effective follow-up.You have availability to travel internationally. Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
