We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Developer fluent in Swedish to join our team.
This hybrid position combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our Barcelona office, allowing you to work from home three days a week and interact with the team in the office for two days.

Role Overview: As a Swedish-speaking Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding our business and managing client relationships for Google products.
Your fluency in Swedish will be crucial for engaging with Swedish-speaking clients and prospects.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
This position allows you to leverage your sales experience while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Google products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Develop and implement strategies to capture new clients and expand market presence.
Client Acquisition: Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored Google product solutions to address those needs.
Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and other businesses to drive growth and enhance market positioning.
Account Management: Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, resolving any issues, and delivering exceptional service to maintain long-term relationships.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in Swedish-speaking regions.
Use insights to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns aimed at achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Google products and their advantages.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients and prospects to support their decision-making process.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress towards goals, and provide regular updates to the team.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Client Support: Assist clients with product onboarding, setup, and ongoing support to ensure a smooth and successful experience with Google products.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive client experience and contribute to overall company objectives.
Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluency in Swedish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google products and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Business Acumen: Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data, assess performance metrics, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
