Supply Chain Customer Service Specialist

Create and analyze the order line fill rate (exception report) for the Operation Purchase Order.
Monitor Sales Order Status until delivery to the Operations.
Act as a Help Desk to solve claims, complaints and incidences.
Coordination with Operations & Global Category Managers: gather information about promotions, life cycle communication (exception reports), etc.
Identify improvement opportunities in the coordination between Global Supply Chain and the Operations Person Profile Experience and Specific Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain management or related.
