.Linde GmbH, Gases DivisionPosition: Supply Chain Analyst (m/f/d)Location: Pullach nearby Munich, Gablingen, Germany or Barcelona, Spain | req19494What you will enjoy doing In this role, you maintain and develop the quarterly BU TACT Supply Chain Steering platform (TACT) in each of the bulk products to optimize and balance production, transport, and demand. The identification of productivity initiatives, agreement with Bus, deployment and project management, including Power Steer updating are part of your tasks. You evaluate the effect of relevant network changes, such as a new source or relevant demand changes. You will negotiate EMEA-wide, optimal supply chain solutions with the neighboring RBUs.Additionally, you operate the existing invoicing system with the target of building and maintaining a digital and automated structure for invoicing and purchase orders. Execute yearly Purchase Budgeting (PO) process in alignment with the TACT plan. Furthermore, you control volumes and budgets on a regular basis, tracking changes against the TACT planning.What makes you great You have excellent software application and quantitative skills. Knowledge and understanding of operations (production and distribution) processes within the region is required. You have a structured and convincing approach to communication and the ability to interface with other groups within and outside the organization such as finance, accounting, support platforms, or distribution.In addition, you have a hunger for new developments to improve leverage of processes in the area of responsibility. You possess strong networking capability, able to facilitate cost-effective outcomes from diverse views. A thorough understanding of production cost components and logistic distribution bottlenecks is essential.
