Could you be the full-time Non Conformity Logistics Technician in Barcelona we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young teammates.
You'll coordinate with production and warehouse teams to reinburse the part in the short time .
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, quality), coordinate the repairs of non-conform material with production and suppliers and much more.
We'll look to you for: Process the requests for non-conformities replacement parts issued by the NCR Cell analysts and convert them into transfer orders to be served by the warehouse within two hours.
Reduce the backlog of NCR to be sent to the suppliers to the minimum Perform the stock movements (restrictions, transfer, scrap) Place and monitor NCR orders for new parts, warranty, repairs in ERP (GSI), follow up quotations and lead times Ensure lead times are respected for repair orders Manage the reverse logistics back to the supplier with the outbound shipment team Prioritize urgencies according to production lines needs and challenge material planners when a NC generates a missing part Ensure accuracy of NCR purchase orders to reduce the risk of good reception discrepancies Animate daily and weekly meetings with the involved stakeholders Ensure product integrity for transfer from production line to restricted area, during restricted area storage and until shipment to the supplier Reports state of blocked stock to Material Management All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.

At least three years of experience in a similar role.
